God in the text above criticized His people because they were not concerned about their place of worship. The Building and Grounds Ministry was established to remind us that the up-keep of the House of the Lord is every members’ responsibility. It covers more than how clean the building is. It also includes the care that is given to the uses of this facility.
Our present structure not only serves as our worship place, but also provides means for fellowships and a meeting place for various Church activities. The Ministry encourages you to notify the Coordinator in the event you desire use of the building and/or its equipment. This will insure that the building and supplies are accounted for, and that the cleanliness of the building is maintained.
Through your generous contributions the ministry was able to accomplish many of the goals it set forth:
Restored Pew-Packers Classroom with new carpet and fresh paint.
Installed cabinets in classrooms.
Installed new water heaters in the kitchen and baptism pool.
Purchased and installed an air condition unit.
Your spirit of cooperation will greatly assist in the up-keep of our building.
