The purpose of the Benevolence Ministry is to render acts of kindness, by assisting those who are experiencing financial struggles.
Each fiscal year, the brethren set aside funds to be used for benevolent purposes. Not only do we give of ourselves, but the Ministry seeks to look beyond immediate circumstances to help remedy any continuing problems .
Each benevolent case is prayerfully considered. However, we realize that we are not experts in all areas of need. Therefore, we must sometimes rely on referring individuals to agencies set aside to aid certain needs. The ministry stands ready to give a helping hand to those within as well as those without.
In the event, you find yourself needing assistance, you are ask to notify the Ministry Coordinator, immediately. This will allow us to alleviate the situation before it gets to a critical state. All request is kept confidential.
The Ministry seeks to be an arm of support to members who are experiencing difficult times.
